Refund Eligibility
Overview
Our Refund Policy clearly defines the eligibility criteria for refunds, ensuring our and your interests are protected. By using our services, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refund eligibility:
1. Non-Refundable Services
Digital Services: All services provided by our platform, including IPTV panels, credits, and subscriptions, are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, users are not eligible for any refunds.
All Sales Are Final: Users must carefully review their purchase before proceeding with payment. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.
2. Limited Exceptions
Platform Errors: In rare cases where a technical error caused by our platform directly affects the user’s ability to access the purchased service, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial credit. No cash refunds will be issued, and any remedies are determined entirely by us.
No User Compensation: Users are not entitled to refunds or compensation for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the service or issues caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. User Responsibility
Due Diligence: Users are responsible for understanding the nature of the services they are purchasing. We are not liable for any claims arising from misunderstandings or incorrect assumptions about the services provided.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargeback claims.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Refund Denials: We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the denial of refund requests. Users accept that all decisions regarding refunds are made at our discretion and are final.
