Acceptable Use
Overview
Our Acceptable Use Policy is intended to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure all resellers use our IPTV services responsibly. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Prohibited Activities
Illegal Content: You are strictly prohibited from using our platform to distribute, promote, or resell illegal content, including copyrighted material for which you do not have permission. We are not responsible for the content distributed by resellers, and it is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including using false identities, providing misleading information, or attempting to bypass system security, is prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension without notice.
Unauthorized Sharing: Resellers are not allowed to share their account credentials, including login information, with unauthorized third parties. Any misuse of account credentials will lead to termination of services, and we hold no responsibility for damages resulting from unauthorized access.
2. System Abuse
Resource Misuse: Any attempt to abuse or exploit our system resources, including overloading servers or interfering with the platform’s performance, will lead to account termination. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of system abuse.
Unauthorized Access: You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, including other reseller accounts or restricted areas of the system. We hold no liability for any actions taken by resellers attempting to breach platform security.
3. Compliance with Laws
Local and International Laws: Resellers are responsible for ensuring their use of our platform complies with all local, national, and international laws. We do not monitor or manage the content resold through our platform and cannot be held liable for illegal activities conducted by resellers.
Content Restrictions: It is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure that the content they distribute complies with all applicable content regulations. We do not control or verify the content distributed by resellers and are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse of our platform.
4. Account Termination
Violation of Policy: We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. This decision is at our sole discretion, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated accounts.
No Liability for Termination: We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the termination of accounts due to violations of this policy. Resellers acknowledge that their access to our services can be revoked at any time if they fail to comply with these terms.
5. Reporting Violations
Contacting Support: If you become aware of any violation of this policy, you are encouraged to report it to our support team. We take all reports seriously but reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and take action accordingly.
