Account Registration

To access and use our IPTV panel services, resellers must create an account. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Account Creation

Approval Process: We reserve the right to approve or reject any account registration at our discretion. Account approval is subject to verification of the reseller’s information and compliance with our eligibility criteria.
2. Account Security
Password Protection: Resellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login details from unauthorized use.
Unauthorized Access: We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to reseller accounts. It is the reseller’s responsibility to secure their account and notify us immediately in case of any suspected security breaches.
Account Recovery: In the event of lost or forgotten credentials, resellers may use the account recovery options provided on our platform. We may require verification of identity before restoring access to an account.
3. Account Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: Resellers must ensure that all account information is kept accurate and up to date. Any changes to contact details or payment information should be promptly updated in the account settings.
Prohibited Activities: Account misuse, such as providing false information, sharing credentials with unauthorized users, or attempting to bypass security measures, will result in account termination.
Sole Responsibility: Resellers are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third parties using a reseller’s account, with or without permission.
4. Account Termination
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these terms, fraudulent activities, or other prohibited behavior.
Voluntary Termination: Resellers may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. No refunds will be issued for any remaining credits or unused services.
