Non-Refundable Services
Overview
Our Refund Policy clearly states that all services provided by our platform are non-refundable. By using our services, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds:
1. No Refunds for Digital Services
All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. This includes IPTV panels, credits, subscriptions, and any other services purchased through our platform. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Reversible Transactions: Users must carefully review their purchase before completing the transaction. Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed, and no refunds or credits will be provided.
2. Service Issues
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide a high-quality service, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users acknowledge that issues may occur, but these do not qualify for a refund.
Limited Remediation: In the event of a technical issue directly caused by our platform, we may, at our sole discretion, provide limited remediation such as a partial credit. This decision is entirely at our discretion, and no cash refunds will be issued.
3. User Responsibility
Due Diligence: Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the nature of our services before making a purchase. We are not liable for any misunderstandings or lack of knowledge regarding our services.
Chargeback Prevention: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargeback claims.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for User Decisions: We are not liable for any user decision to purchase our services, including any dissatisfaction with the service provided. Users accept full responsibility for their purchasing decisions.
