Service Issues

2. Limited Remedies for Service Issues
Platform-Caused Issues: In the event of a technical issue directly caused by our platform, we may, at our sole discretion, provide limited remedies such as a partial credit to the user’s account. No cash refunds will be issued, and any remedies provided are determined entirely by us.
No User Compensation: Users acknowledge that they are not entitled to any compensation, including refunds, for any service issues, regardless of the cause. Any remediation offered is a courtesy and not an obligation.
3. User Responsibility
Problem Reporting: Users must report service issues promptly to our support team. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of any potential remedy.
Due Diligence: Users are responsible for ensuring that their own equipment, internet connection, and third-party services are functioning correctly. We are not liable for service issues caused by factors outside of our platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Service Interruptions: We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, technical issues, or downtime. Users accept the risks associated with using digital services and agree that our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
