1. IPTV Panel Access
We offer a dedicated IPTV panel to resellers, enabling them to manage subscriptions, allocate credits, and oversee reseller activities. The panel is a comprehensive tool designed to provide full control over the IPTV service, ensuring that resellers can efficiently manage their business.
Features of the IPTV Panel:
Subscription Management: Resellers can activate, suspend, or cancel subscriptions for their end-users.
Credit System: Credits are used to activate IPTV subscriptions. Resellers can purchase additional credits as required and allocate these credits to manage the number of active subscriptions.
Customer Management: The panel includes tools for managing end-user accounts, including creating user profiles and monitoring activity.
Reseller Tools: Features that allow the reseller to track credit usage, view transaction history, and monitor overall panel activity.
2. Credit Allocation and Usage
Credits are the currency within our IPTV reseller system. Resellers need to purchase credits to activate subscriptions, and each credit corresponds to a specific period of service (e.g., 1 credit for 1 month of service).
Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through our website using accepted payment methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, or other electronic means.
Credit Management: Resellers have full control over the allocation of credits, and they can track how credits are used within the panel.
Credit Expiry: Credits may have an expiry date, and it is the reseller’s responsibility to utilize them before they expire. We hold no responsibility for expired credits.
3. Service Limitations
Reseller-Only Access: Our services are strictly limited to resellers. Direct subscriptions to end-users are not provided by us. Resellers are solely responsible for all interactions with their customers.
No Content Control: We do not control or manage the content available through IPTV streams. The content is sourced from third-party providers, and resellers are responsible for ensuring that the content complies with local laws and regulations. We are not liable for any misuse of the content.
Geographical Restrictions: Some IPTV content may be restricted based on geographical location. It is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions, and we are not liable for any breach.
Service Reliability: While we strive to provide high-quality service, IPTV streaming quality may vary based on factors like internet connection, server load, and third-party content availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any interruptions.
4. Technical Support
We provide basic technical support to help resellers with panel-related issues. This support includes assistance with accessing the panel, managing credits, and addressing any system errors.
Support Availability: Support is available during business hours via email or through our online support portal.
Scope of Support: Our support is limited to issues related to the IPTV panel and credit management. We do not provide support for end-user devices, network issues, or any other matters beyond our control. The reseller is fully responsible for providing support to their own customers.
5. Compliance and Legal Use
Resellers are required to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is strictly prohibited to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Illegal Content Distribution: Reselling or distributing copyrighted content without proper authorization is prohibited. We are not liable for any illegal activities conducted by resellers.
Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent use of the IPTV panel or credits will lead to immediate termination of the account.
User Data Protection: Resellers must protect the privacy of their end-users and ensure that their data is handled securely and in compliance with relevant data protection laws. We are not responsible for how resellers manage user data.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service to any reseller who violates the terms of service. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Violation of Service Limitations: Providing direct subscriptions to end-users or attempting to bypass the reseller system.
Illegal Use: Engaging in activities that involve illegal content distribution or fraudulent use of the panel.
Failure to Comply: Not adhering to the responsibilities outlined in this agreement. In all cases, we are not liable for any damages resulting from termination of service.
