Termination
Overview
Our Termination Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may terminate access to our services and the conditions that apply. By using our services, resellers acknowledge and agree to these terms:
1. Grounds for Termination
Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our policies, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy, Payments and Refunds Policy, or any other terms of service. This decision is solely at our discretion and is final.
Fraudulent Activities: Any involvement in fraudulent activities, including false representation or misuse of the platform, will lead to immediate termination without prior notice.
Abuse of Services: Any attempt to abuse our system resources, interfere with platform performance, or gain unauthorized access to restricted areas will result in account termination.
2. Immediate Termination
No Prior Notice: We may terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in activities that breach our policies or pose a risk to our platform.
Non-Refundable: Upon termination, no refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused credits, subscriptions, or services. All sales are final, and resellers acknowledge that they forfeit any remaining balance.
3. Responsibility and Liability
Reseller Responsibility: It is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the termination of reseller accounts due to policy violations.
No Liability for Losses: We are not responsible for any losses, including financial or reputational, resulting from the termination of your account. Resellers accept full liability for any actions that lead to the termination of their access.
4. Account Suspension
Temporary Suspension: In some cases, we may choose to temporarily suspend an account instead of terminating it outright. During suspension, access to the platform will be restricted, and resellers must address the issues leading to suspension before access is restored.
Conditions for Reinstatement: Reinstatement of suspended accounts is at our discretion and may require compliance verification and additional fees. We do not guarantee that suspended accounts will be reinstated.
5. Final Decision
Sole Discretion: All decisions regarding account termination or suspension are made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and our decision is final.
